Base Salary: MXN $30,000 gross/month + statutory and additional benefits

Variable Compensation: Up to MXN $20,000 gross/month based on results

English: Advanced / Fully Bilingual

Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Apple Sales Specialist with previous commercial experience selling Apple products and solutions within the technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience positioning Apple products with customers and/or business partners, understands the Apple portfolio from a commercial perspective, and is comfortable managing sales opportunities, quotations, follow-up and customer relationships.

This role requires a highly commercial, results-driven professional who can communicate confidently in both English and Spanish and work in a fast-paced technology sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Apple products and solutions to customers and/or channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Apple products and configurations.
• Develop and follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through closing.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and provide timely follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers and business partners.
• Manage assigned leads, accounts and sales pipeline.
• Meet established revenue, margin and sales targets.
• Coordinate internally with product, operations, commercial and technical teams to ensure an effective customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Apple product portfolio, commercial programs and technology ecosystem .
• Participate in customer and partner meetings in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information in the corresponding sales tools/CRM.

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous professional experience selling Apple products or solutions – mandatory.
• Approximately 1–3+ years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, channel sales or B2B commercial roles .
• Demonstrable knowledge of the Apple product portfolio from a commercial perspective.
• Experience selling to business customers and/or through distributors, resellers or technology partners .
• Experience managing quotations, sales opportunities and customer follow-up.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish , with the ability to conduct meetings, presentations and business conversations in English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and variable compensation.
• Availability to work 100% onsite .

Highly Desirable

Experience working within a technology distributor, Apple reseller, Apple partner, VAR, integrator or technology solutions company would be highly valuable.

Experience with B2B technology sales, channel management, account development, renewals, hardware/software solutions or corporate technology environments would also be relevant.

For this position, being an Apple user or having worked in an Apple Store/retail environment alone does not necessarily meet the requirement .

We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience commercializing Apple products or solutions , ideally within a B2B, distribution, reseller or technology channel environment .
