Manufacturing Manager
Responsible for leading manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, safety, and cost objectives while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Develop and monitor operational metrics related to quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance.
- Conduct capacity planning, workforce analysis, and production scheduling to support customer demand.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and functional areas.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including OEE, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, productivity, and customer delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational projects.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment.
- Experience managing production teams.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, production scheduling, labor planning, and operational management.
- Demonstrated success driving improvements.
- Experience working in high-volume and/or high-mix manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, including:
- OEE
- Scrap Reduction
- FPY
- Labor Efficiency
- Productivity Metrics
- Cost Savings
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Advanced English
