Cloud & Linux Support Engineer — L1

Link-Worldwide in Mexico, Jalisco, is seeking a skilled L1 Linux/Support Engineer to provide technical support for our cloud-based infrastructure. In this role, you will handle first-level support tasks including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Linux servers and cloud services.
You will need a solid understanding of basic Linux systems, familiarity with cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals to ensure the stability and efficiency of our systems.
