Marketplace Senior Manager - DiDi Moto SSL (LatAm)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketplace Senior Manager to lead the DiDi Moto SSL strategy and operations across LatAm (excl. Argentina). In this role, you will be the ultimate "City Owner" of our marketplace metrics, driving supply-demand balance, resource allocation, and revenue optimization through advanced quantitative models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and govern the Marketplace frameworks, metric systems, and city-level operational strategies across LatAm.

• Define and deploy quantitative/statistical analyses to optimize pricing, driver/rider supply, and resource allocation.

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team (3 Strategy/Data Managers + 1 Intern).

• Decide resource allocation and ROI viability for city operations and expansion.

• Partner directly with VP+ stakeholders, cross-functional leads, and regional leaders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Revenue Management, or Marketplace Operations.

• 3+ years in people management and team leadership.

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in SQL , statistics, and quantitative modeling (Machine Learning is a plus).

• Experience in tech platforms, gig-economy, mobility, fintech, airlines, or top-tier management consulting.

• Strong strategic storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

• Master’s/MBA in Business, Economics, or Quantitative field is preferred.
