Planner Buyer Intern (Monterrey)

Join our dynamic team as a Planner buyer Intern, where you will assist in planning and scheduling purchasing activities to achieve company goals.

Your role will involve coordinating with different departments, gain hands‑on experience in supplier management, material follow‑up, and support in key supply chain processes. The intern will have the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of suppliers, support planning activities, and contribute to process optimization within the area.

Location: Guadalupe, Reciente Leon.

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7 a.M. - 3 p.M.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing purchases and suppliers.
• Analyze data and generate reports using Excel and (Power BI is a plus).
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure proper material flow.
• Participate in meetings and present progress reports.
• Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.

Required Skills

• Active student with minimum 1 year remaining to graduate.
• 70% English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power BI desirable).
• Desirable experience in purchasing.
• Effective communication and proactive.
• Analytical skills for data analysis and decision‑making.
• Negotiation skills.
