Job Description

The Purchasing Intern will support the quotation and supplier follow-up process, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Review the Service Tracker to identify RFQs that need to be sent to suppliers.
• Request and follow up on supplier information and quotations.
• Review quotations together with the Buyer to ensure requirements are met.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) for materials and services.
• Update tracking systems with receipts, status updates, and material progress.
• Support daily purchasing activities.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Active university student in Business, International Relations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Good English level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
