About the Internship

Kick-start your career in Human Resources!

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you'll support the recruitment of Production Associates , helping attract the talent that keeps our manufacturing operations moving. You'll gain hands‑on experience in recruiting, interviewing, employer branding, hiring events, and recruiting tools while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruitment for Production Operators.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Assist with hiring events and employer branding activities.
• Maintain candidate information.
• Support onboarding and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
