Empresa de logistica y paqueteria estamos en busqueda de tu talento para supervisar y coordinar las actividades operativas del almacén, asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos, estándares de calidad, seguridad y tiempos de entrega en el manejo de paquetería.
Responsabilidades principales
- Supervisar y coordinar al personal operativo.
- Garantizar la correcta recepción, clasificación, acomodo y despacho de la paquetería.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento de procedimientos de seguridad y prevención de pérdidas.
- Asegurar el registro y control de inventarios y movimientos de mercancía.
- Resolver incidencias operativas y dar seguimiento a reportes.
- Elaborar informes de productividad, incidencias y cumplimiento de metas del turno.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en supervisión de operaciones de almacén, preferentemente en paquetería o mensajería.
- Conocimiento de procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, clasificación y despacho.
- Manejo de personal y liderazgo de equipos.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Conocimientos básicos en inventarios y manejo de sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS).
- Escolaridad: Bachillerato concluido (deseable carrera técnica o profesional en logística o afín).
