Content & Marketing Insights Specialist

Buscamos un(a) profesional creativo(a) y analítico(a) para apoyar el desarrollo de contenido estratégico, tendencias de mercado e insights para México, Estados Unidos y Canadá. Esta posición será responsable de crear y mantener materiales de marketing, presentaciones y category decks alineados con la estrategia comercial y la identidad de marca.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Crear y actualizar presentaciones, trend decks y materiales de marketing regionales.
- Analizar tendencias de consumo, categorías, sabores, ingredientes e innovación en la industria.
- Colaborar con equipos de Marketing, Comercial, I&D y Culinary para desarrollar contenido estratégico.
- Garantizar alineación con lineamientos de marca, narrativa visual y objetivos comerciales.
- Apoyar iniciativas de innovación, storytelling y comunicación regional.
- Organizar información, insights y materiales visuales relevantes para cada proyecto.
- Participar en la optimización de contenido utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial y análisis de datos.
- Dar seguimiento a KPI’s y proyectos del área.
Requisitos:
- Carrera Lic en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en creación de contenido, marketing insights o category management.
- Ingles avanzado
- Habilidades analíticas y de storytelling.
- Excelente organización y atención al detalle.
- Manejo de presentaciones ejecutivas y herramientas visuales.
- Interés en tendencias de consumo e innovación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.
- Conocimiento de plataformas de tendencias: Innova Market Insights, Datassential, Euromonitor, Technomic .
