We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team. 

What you can look forward as a Intern Accounting:

• Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies
• Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions
• Customer’s Collection
• Run Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors
• Creation of third-party customer invoices, credit memos and customer statements,
• Verification and application of customer payments
• Assist in Accounting month end close process
• How to maintain excellent relationship with to third party customers and with our ZF operating units

Your profile as an Accounting Intern:

• Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree or other related.
• Experience not required,
• Have strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Very Good computer skills using MS Office, knowledge in SAP system would be a plus
• Preferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish
