Continuous Improvement Intern

Support the Continuous Improvement team in driving operational excellence through process optimization, data analysis, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and digital transformation projects. The intern will gain practical experience identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and contributing to projects that enhance productivity, quality, and business performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing and administrative processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
• Assist in the implementation and follow-up of Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Participate in standardization activities and workflow improvement initiatives within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment.
• Update performance metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Contribute to process automation and digital transformation projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Active student with at least one year remaining before graduation.
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency ( minimum 70%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Optimization.
