Influencer Marketing - Sr Associate Digital Marketing

Support the development, implementation, and execution of Creator Marketing strategies (paid and earnedinfluencers) across LATAM for Mattel portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and localmarkets across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Colombia to deliver integrated creator campaigns that drivebrand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth. Coordinate campaign execution, creatormangement, budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysis while ensuring alignment with regional andglobal business objectives

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement influencer marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with business goals in the region.
• Manage and optimize the influencer and sample budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Analyze campaign performance (views, awareness, engagement, conversion) and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Adapt global strategies to fit the regional LATAM context.
• Select, coordinate, and manage agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
• Monitor digital trends and consumer behavior to identify innovative opportunities.
• Contribute to the annual digital marketing strategic planning for brands and corporate projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Marketing orBachelor's Degree Related
• 1-2 years 1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing. Proven experience in budget management and campaign performance analysis. Experience with regional LATAM markets and multinational brands preferred.
• Analytical prowess to drive optimization of live campaigns with agency partners
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with an eye for detail
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively drive toward results
• Collaborative style, with ability to challenge & Competent communicator Positive attitude.
• Someone who creates and fosters a positive team culture
• Adaptable/Flexible – able to handle change
