HR Process Excellence Lead - Six Sigma & Automation
Unilever
Magnum Ice Cream Company in Mexico seeks a Continuous Improvement Process Specialist to lead end-to-end HR transformation and drive efficiency across Hire-to-Retire. You will apply Lean Six Sigma, standardize best practices, and advance automated solutions with Power Apps and AI.
Collaborating with HR Tech, IT, and regional teams, you will design governance, dashboards, and KPI tracking to enable data-driven decisions and continual improvement across the organization.
