Job Description

Funciones principales:

• Gestionar la disponibilidad de todas las piezas componentes y materias primas necesarias para completar con éxito los calendarios de los barcos.
• Establecer, monitorear y reportar los niveles de inventario para los componentes asignados.
• Monitorea las Órdenes de Compra y toma las acciones necesarias (acelerar, desacelerar o cancelar) para alcanzar los objetivos de inventario.
• Comunicación efectiva a los gerentes de producción y de materiales sobre desviaciones que afectan la Ejecución de Producción o los Planes de Inventario.
• Trabaja directamente con las funciones de Recepción y Operación para asegurar que los niveles de personal satisfagan las necesidades y demandas actuales del negocio
• Revisa y aprueba adaptaciones del calendario de esterilización
• Gestiona el sistema de seguimiento, la captura de datos y revisa la precisión del flujo de reportes de remolque y la recepción de reportes de productividad asignados.
• Ayuda en la resolución de discrepancias de procesos e implementación de acciones correctivas.
