Position: Change Management Specialist

We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for designing change strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring projects are implemented effectively, with a strong focus on people, adoption, and building a sustainable culture of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Change Management strategies for transformation initiatives, defining scope, risks, timelines, and success metrics.

• Lead the execution of change management plans through stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, and adoption tracking.

• Coordinate and develop a network of Change Champions to drive change adoption across different areas of the organization.

• Partner with Internal Communications and cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives and communication plans aligned with each initiative.

• Centralize and prioritize transformation initiatives across the organization.

• Monitor project progress by facilitating stakeholder sessions, mitigating risks, and ensuring objectives are achieved.

• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership teams and executive sponsors.

• Document methodologies, best practices, and lessons learned to strengthen the organization's change management capabilities.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement throughout transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Internal Communications, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.

• Experience leading multiple transformation projects simultaneously.

• Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executive leadership.

• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.

• Change Management certification (preferred).

• Experience designing communication and change adoption strategies.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Highly proactive, with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, influencing abilities, and a passion for driving organizational change.
