Role Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm, inbound patient leads into scheduled consultations for a U.S.-based healthcare organization. This is 100% inbound — no cold calling, no prospecting, no outbound sequences. Leads come to you already interested; your job is to build trust fast and guide them to the next step.

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from Google Ads and website inquiries
• Build rapport and trust with prospective patients or family decision-makers
• Educate leads on services and treatment options
• Handle objections confidently without sounding aggressive
• Soft-close and schedule the consultation
• Maintain accurate CRM/patient records

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in healthcare sales or inbound sales
• Excellent spoken English, neutral accent
• Strong consultative selling ability
• Proven inbound lead conversion experience
• Highly organized, self-directed

Preferred Experience:

• Medical sales, home health sales, or psychiatry/behavioral health background

Hands-on experience with:

• Inbound lead conversion
• CRM management
• Consultative, non-aggressive closing techniques
