Advanced Cyber Sec Archt/Engr

As a Cyber Security Architect/Engineer at Honeywell, you will design and propose a cutting‑edge cybersecurity solution to safeguard critical assets across industries. Responsibilities include enhancing defences, collaborating with teams, developing sales strategies, offering technical expertise, and building customer relationships.

This role is preferentially open to internal and external candidates with Honeywell experience, particularly those with deep knowledge of Honeywell’s internal processes, systems, and products, as well as established relationships with Lines of Business (LOBs).

• Lead the design and propose the most optimal cybersecurity solutions to our customers.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Leveraging the cybersecurity requirement as the key factor to recommend migration strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to attach cybersecurity, provide the optimal solution for both Installed Based and Non-Installed Based customers.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 5 years of transferable experience
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Proficiency in security assessment tools and methodologies relevant to industrial control systems.
• Relevant certification such as CCNA, Security+, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC is highly desirable
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations applicable to OT, such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001 is highly desirable
• Knowledge of regional cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
