We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, customer journey design, and marketing automation. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns while collaborating with business and technical teams to drive customer engagement and marketing performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
• Strong hands-on expertise with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio .
• Experience creating and optimizing customer journeys, automated campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
• Solid SQL skills for segmentation, audience management, and data analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into marketing automations and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain customer journeys, automations, and email communications.
• Create audience segmentation strategies using SQL and data-driven insights.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable marketing solutions.
• Ensure campaign accuracy, quality assurance, and end-to-end testing prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot campaign, automation, and data-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Support platform administration activities, including user access, roles, permissions, and campaign configuration.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain best practices, documentation, and operational processes within Marketing Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and CRM campaigns.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and engagement metrics.
• Experience with campaign performance analysis, optimization, and reporting.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
