Manufacturing Operations Lead: Throughput & Quality

Schneider Electric in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to own end-to-end production execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
You will monitor KPIs, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and automation initiatives to optimize throughput and costs. Strong leadership and collaboration across maintenance, supply, and quality are essential.
