Sr. Consultant, Regional Consulting

Job Overview

The Senior Consultant will lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across Mexico. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project workstreams, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and financial objectives. The position also plays a key role in coaching and developing junior team members, strengthening delivery capabilities, reducing execution risk, and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct and oversee market research, analysis, and development of client recommendations.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and support team development initiatives.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and account growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Working Model Hybrid role requiring approximately 50% office presence in Mexico City.
