SaaS Training & Implementation Specialist | Remote

EyeAdvisor is a AI conversion intelligence system for LASIK and cataract practices in the United States. Supporting some of the most progressive ophthalmology practices in the US. We're growing our client services team and looking for a specialist to lead training and implementation for a cutting-edge AI platform we deploy with our practice partners.

This is a rare role — most important is startup / SaaS experience and massive incentive if you've worked with medical practices. You need to be able to translate that into exceptional onboarding, training, and ongoing support for busy clinical teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead onboarding and go-live for new practice accounts
• Conduct live virtual training sessions with administrators, counselors, and clinical staff
• Build and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and resource libraries
• Serve as day-to-day implementation support for platform questions
• Proactively identify workflow gaps before customers feel friction

What we're looking for:

• Flawless professional English — written and spoken. This is a US-customer-facing role.
• Direct experience working in or with ophthalmology practices — refractive and/or cataract
• Genuine warmth and patience. You make people feel at ease immediately.
• Tech-savvy — you learn new SaaS platforms quickly without hand-holding
• Self-directed and organized. Remote role, you own your commitments.

Differentiators:

• Training, implementation, or customer success experience
• Background with ophthalmic devices, healthcare technology, or practice consulting
• Experience creating SOPs or training materials from scratch

Compensation

$30,000 – $36,000 USD / year, based on experience
