Buscamos un(a) People Operations Specialist / Especialista en Administración de Personal para sumarse a una operación en crecimiento, con experiencia en entornos dinámicos como startups o empresas de rápido crecimiento.

✨ Perfil que buscamos:
• Experiencia comprobable de aproximadamente 3 años en administración de personal, HR Operations o áreas afines
• Conocimiento sólido de legislación laboral mexicana
• Experiencia en gestión de contratos, incidencias, documentación y procesos administrativos
• Manejo de nómina y procesos de administración de personal (deseable)
• Perfil práctico, resolutivo y con mentalidad “hands-on”
• Capacidad para adaptarse a entornos de cambio rápido y alta demanda
• Inglés obligatorio (nivel profesional)
Modalidad:
Inicio remoto
Posteriormente híbrido (2 veces por semana)
