Business Analyst - Wealth Management (Guadalajara)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced business analyst with strong wealth management, capital markets, and asset management domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. The role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications across wealth management platforms, including advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, and client reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Wealth Management / Asset Management / Capital Markets domain.
• Strong understanding of WM products and services: Advisory & discretionary portfolio management, Mutual funds, equities, fixed income, alternatives.
• Client onboarding and account opening.
• Trade lifecycle and execution.
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with general teams and senior business users.

Nice to Have / Preferred

• Experience with digital wealth platforms or client portals.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting WM (SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, FATCA).
• SQL or basic data analysis skills for validation and reporting.
• Certifications such as CFA, CBA, CSPO, and PMI‑PBA are a plus.
• Prior experience in transformation or system modernization programs.
