Your Role

The Financial Analyst supports the financial planning, forecasting, pricing, and reporting activities for Mexico Affiliate. He/She works directly with the local commercial teams as a business partner. During the business plan, the Financial Analyst drives discussions with the business units aligning with the international and regional guidelines.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the pricing discussions with the business units to reach the target of the Affiliate and can provide explanations to the regional teams about any variation or deviation in line with the international and regional guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and forecasting process for Mexico driving the discussion with the business units,
• Provide financial insights & recommendations to help them make better decisions and achieve superior results,
• Partner with different functions to continuously improve our analytics capability that helps drive data and insights-based decisions
• Be an effective Finance partner with the business units of the Affiliate; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree level education (finance or related)
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in finance
• Strong understanding of financial planning & reporting processes
• Excellent analytical and system skills – Passion & ability to draw information from data using data analysis tools (MS Excel; SAP S4, Power BI, BPC )
• Excellent English language skills
