Join our dynamic team at CHEP as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for LATAM, based in Mexico City (CDMX) . This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the full FP&A agenda across the region — including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and business analysis. You’ll be a key partner to senior leadership, providing insights that shape decision‑making and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the LATAM FP&A cycle: strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
• Develop and manage financial models, reports, and tools to support executive decision-making
• Ensure clarity and consistency of LATAM reporting metrics
• Present forecasts and financial updates to CFO, Regional Head, and Country Managers
• Analyze monthly results and proactively flag risks and opportunities
• Manage the integral reporting system (BRACS) and support feasibility studies for new projects
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across reporting and analysis
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team in a diverse, multicultural environment

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of senior‑level FP&A experience
• 5+ years of team leadership and development
• Proven track record in change management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Deep understanding of IRR, ROI, RONA, and corporate finance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivational skills
• Passion for continuous improvement and business impact
