Join Kellanova’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization as a Deduction Prevention Analyst within our Invoice to Cash team, where you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to reduce customer deductions and improve financial outcomes across the business. In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights, helping teams proactively address root causes and strengthen customer experiences. Working across multiple business functions, you’ll support strategic decision-making that drives continuous improvement throughout the Order to Cash process.

As part of a collaborative and cross-functional team, you’ll partner with colleagues across Invoice to Cash, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Reporting & Analytics. This role offers broad exposure to business operations, customer trends, and process optimization initiatives that have a measurable impact on organizational performance. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Trend Analysis & Risk Identification: Analyze customer deductions, dispute activity, operational performance, and behavioral trends to identify prevention opportunities and emerging risks.
• Root Cause Investigation: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess deduction drivers and develop recommendations that address underlying process gaps.
• Data-Driven Improvement Strategies: Develop actionable insights, dashboards, scorecards, and business recommendations that support deduction reduction initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Governance: Measure the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevention programs while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and controls.
• Best Practice Sharing: Promote successful prevention strategies, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement opportunities across the broader Invoice to Cash organization.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in customer relationship management, Order to Cash, Invoice to Cash, Accounts Receivable, deductions, or customer service processes.
• Strong knowledge of customer deductions and dispute management.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify business improvement opportunities.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, visualizations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working in a shared services, service center, or process-driven environment.
