Make it your story.Your Role: Own the ChallengeIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the ABB Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.Our team dynamicsYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role2 years of professional experience in maintenance or engineering activities, or relatedKnowledge of: ISO9001, OSHAS1801 & 1400, desirable Lean Six Sigma experience (LOTO, 5S)Experience with industrial machinery equipmentManagement of technical personnelExperience with: Activity and project tracking, equipment commissioning and release, equipment transfers, identification of critical spare parts, experience in tracking and coordinating GDC activitiesExperience with electronic and power circuits, PLC programming and control systemsBachelor's degree in EngineeringEnglish communication skills in an intermediate levelBenefitsWe also offer our employees the following benefits:Performance BonusSaving fundPaid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth and dental insuranceWellbeing programFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)What's in it for youWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
