You will provide technical support across the full product life cycle, diagnose complex software issues in networked and virtualized environments, and help resolve customer configurations while reporting product flaws to engineering.
You will communicate clearly, manage high-severity security cases, and support Windows/Linux access, AD/LDAP in privileged contexts, and cloud access
