Senior Supply Planner
Baxter
Baxter seeks a Senior Supply Planner in Monterrey to manage end-to-end planning for finished goods, sub-assemblies, and raw materials. The role balances production scheduling, inventory optimization, and customer requirements while leading cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks and improve operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Master Production Plan (MPS) development and optimization for designated product portfolios
- Develop Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) strategies across the supply network
- Monitor production performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to resolution
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through scenario planning and proactive stakeholder collaboration
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving to improve planning processes and achieve service and financial targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations Planning, or related functions
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent supply chain credential (preferred)
- Experience with advanced planning platforms such as RapidResponse or Maestro (preferred)
