• Manage regional Supply Planning activities, ensuring accurate replenishment and optimal inventory levels.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and production plans.
• Define and maintain safety stock strategies based on demand variability and service requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align production priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Lead hotlist reviews and ensure timely resolution of supply constraints.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, inventory health, and working capital.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and reduce expedite costs.

Perfil buscado

• 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.
• Experience working in a complex industrial manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to process-based operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (preferred); Oracle or other ERP experience is also considered.
• Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Hands‑on, execution‑oriented profile with strong operational focus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
