HR Business Partner — Talent, Compliance & People Analytics

PSC Industries

Autoliv is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management, implement HR policies, and support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will advise managers and handle employee relations, payroll-related tasks, and compliance with labor regulations.

The role includes supporting compensation reviews, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. We value data-driven insights to drive improvements and performance standards.
