AI Engineer - Senior Associate

Job Description Summary

At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

We’re seeking an innovative and versatile AI professional with AI and ML development and testing expertise. In this role, you’ll work with teams that are building and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions within real-world applications. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and product teams to help test and deliver impactful AI products.

You Will:

• Design, test and deploy robust AI and ML solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical coaching and feedback to support their growth

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Analytics, Accounting, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (Advanced)
• At least 2 years of experience developing AI solutions.
• Experience with LLM Applications (RAG, agentic workflows)
• Data preprocessing and handling large structured/unstructured datasets using tools like PySpark, Pandas and NumPy
• Ability to analyze and build data models and transformation routines
