Vacante: ESPECIALISTA DE DESARROLLO DE PRODUCTO
Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hrs.
Objetivo del puesto
Ejecutar los diseños y desarrollos de nuevos productos alimenticios, asegurando la calidad y cumplimiento de los estándares y normatividad vigente.
Responsabilidades principales
- Aplicar la normatividad vigente para el diseño y desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Apoyar al área de producción cuando se le solicite.
- Apoyar en la transferencia de tecnología y escalamiento de los desarrollos.
- Apoyo en capacitaciones, eventos y cursos de CITSIA internos o externos.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir el reglamento interno de CITSIA.
- Determinar los parámetros de control de procesos y análisis.
- Ejecutar el diseño y desarrollo de nuevos productos que le sean asignados.
- Elaborar los reportes de los desarrollos para entregar a los clientes.
Perfil requerido
Escolaridad mínima: Ingeniería o Licenciatura afín a alimentos, Químico o Biotecnólogo.
Conocimientos:
- Desarrollo de productos (alimentos).
- Diseño de experimentos.
- Análisis de alimentos.
- BPM'S.
- Estadísticas.
- Microbiología de Alimentos.
- Normatividad (ISO 9001, NOM 251, NOM 051, NOM 086).
- Operaciones unitarias.
- Química de Alimentos.
Idiomas: INGLÉS INTERMEDIO.
