Player Support Specialist - FPS Fans (Bilingual)

Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking customer service representatives for written support (no calls) in Mexico City. You will assist players via chat, email and tickets, resolving issues like lost accounts and answering questions about game details.
The role is full-time, on-site at Col. Del Valle, with rotating shifts 8:00am–5:00pm or 10:00am–7:00pm, until December 31, 2026. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; FPS gaming experience is essential.
