Senior Business Consultant - Sap Pp + Integration (Monterrey)

Danfoss is looking for a highly skilled SAP professional with project management and hands‑on experience to join the One ERP team as Business Consultants within the Forecast to Produce team (F2P). F2P covers all production planning processes, both tactical and operational. The team plays a major role within the One ERP program and is connected to all other functional teams such as Finance, MM and WM, which makes this role exciting and challenging.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks in a release with its scoped entities from the legacy analytics till post go‑live support.
• Conduct workshops, cross‑functional alignments, test and training planning and maintain active communication with experienced international business and IT colleagues.
• Contribute to the SAP S/4 HANA rollout across Danfoss.
• Participate in the “Embedded APO” project, planning the migration from the standalone APO system to the S/4 HANA embedded solution.
• Lead the introduction of eWM in Danfoss, involving the transition in distribution centers and larger warehouses connected to production.
• Secure the best solutions for planning available in the template and continuously explore new technical options and developments from SAP.
• Gather requirements from local users, match them with template solutions, and ensure fit. If not, identify and clearly describe the gaps.
• Lead activities during a release, from requirements gathering to development and testing of solutions until going live and post‑go‑live support.

Background & Skills

• Good understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, especially those involving PP, APO and warehousing.
• Strong skills in SAP PP module, with knowledge of business processes, flows, connected master data and transactional data.
• Experience interacting with warehouse management including material staging and PP Kanban.
• Experience as consultant in general SAP upgrade/implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to be assertive if needed and steer discussions to stay on track with the agenda.
