Position Summary

The Reservation Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through confident, professional, and value‑driven communication across multiple channels, including phone calls, live chat, and email entirely in English.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay up to $15,000 MXN (before taxes)
• Paid training and $2,500 MXN hiring bonus
• Performance bonuses of up to 30% of your monthly salary

• 5 working days and 2 days off per week, including one day off during the week and one day off on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) according to operational needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality guest support 100% in English through phone calls, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Confidently assist guests with property and service inquiries, seeking support when needed to ensure correct information.
• Apply feedback and continuous learning to improve guest satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service or support agent required.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency B2++ (written and spoken).
• Experience or comfort supporting customers via phone calls, live chat, and email.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
