Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

• Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
• Client Management : Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
• People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
• Lead Mexico Practice Operations : Own the operating rhythm for the Mexico Digital Foundry and Operate practice.
• Generate Demand for the ADMX Practice : Build and manage a demand-generation agenda for the ADMX practice.
• Support RFPs and Strategic Pursuits : Serve as a senior contributor to RFPs, proposals, and pursuit activities.
• Establish Practice-Level Governance : Design and operate governance forums for the Mexico practice.
• Drive Project-Level Quality and Client Satisfaction : Provide oversight of delivery quality across the Mexico Digital Foundry and Operate portfolio.
• Execute Strategic Priorities : Translate Mexico and ADMX strategic priorities into practical initiatives, milestones, owners, and performance measures.

The Digital Foundry & Operate Senior Manager will lead the operational performance, growth enablement, delivery quality, and strategic execution of the Digital Foundry and Operate practice in Mexico. This role will manage staffing and capacity planning, optimize bench deployment, generate demand within the ADMX practice, support RFPs and pursuits, establish practice-level governance, and drive consistent quality across projects.

The role requires a commercially oriented leader who can connect market demand, talent capacity, delivery performance, and strategic priorities. The Senior Manager will work closely with Mexico and broader Deloitte leadership, account teams, offering leaders, project leaders, talent teams, and clients to build a scalable, high-performing Operate business.

Qualifications

Required

• 15+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience
• Responsible for client and team management including proactive value creation activities
• Support sales activities, account management, and project planning
• Advanced English level
• Demonstrated experience leading large, distributed, or multi-project teams.
• Strong experience in workforce management, staffing, capacity planning, utilization management, and bench or redeployment management.
• Experience supporting business development, RFPs, proposals, account planning, or solution shaping.
• Experience establishing practice, portfolio, program, or delivery governance.
• Demonstrated ability to improve delivery quality, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of revenue, margin, utilization, demand, and capacity drivers.
• Executive-level communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-country organization.
• Willingness to travel based on business and client needs.

Preferred

• Experience with Digital Foundry, Operate, managed services, contingent labor, delivery centers, or flexible-capacity models.
• Experience supporting technology capabilities such as cloud, data, AI, automation, application development, testing, PMO, or business analysis.
• Experience leading Mexico-based delivery teams serving US or global clients.
• Familiarity with resource management platforms, pipeline dashboards, performance reporting, and operational analytics.
• Experience designing or implementing quality assurance frameworks and delivery playbooks.
• Professional certifications in project management, agile delivery, cloud, technology, or service management.
• Prior experience in a Senior Manager or equivalent practice leadership role.
