We are looking for a Senior Project Administrator to provide end-to-end operational, administrative, and logistical support for leadership programmes, learning events, and strategic projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional experiences for participants and stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Administrator , you will coordinate programme logistics, manage event operations, support multiple stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of learning and leadership initiatives.

This is an onsite role based in the Mexico City area and is offered on a Fixed-Term Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for leadership programmes and learning events.
• Manage programme schedules, milestones, and readiness activities.
• Support participant enrolment and programme administration with internal learning teams.
• Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Event & Venue Management

• Coordinate hotels, venues, and event logistics.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, venue partners, and suppliers.
• Coordinate room layouts, branding, signage, and learning environments.
• Ensure programme materials, participant packs, and event collateral are prepared and available.
• Support venue walkthroughs before programme delivery.
• Monitor venue readiness and resolve operational issues promptly.

Operational Delivery

• Provide onsite operational support during learning programmes and leadership events.
• Coordinate facilitators, venue teams, ambassadors, and suppliers throughout programme delivery.
• Manage last-minute programme changes and operational requests.
• Ensure an exceptional participant experience throughout programme execution.
• Maintain high-quality operational standards and programme effectiveness.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional travel (up to 10%) to support programme delivery across locations.
