Team Leader I, Production

Resumen General
Bajo supervisión directa del supervisor de producción coordina las actividades de un grupo de operadores enfocados a labores productivas y de soporte.
En coordinación con el supervisor de producción revisa requerimientos de producción de acuerdo con modelos a producir.
Gestiona a través del grupo de Materialistas que exista el material necesario para cubrir los planes de producción.
Proporciona soporte en caso de reparación y Monitorea que todas las operaciones estén cubiertas.
Maneja gráficas relacionadas a seguridad, calidad, entrega, costo, y ayudas visuales de las operaciones del proceso de manufactura, usando como guía su hoja de trabajo estándar.
Orienta al Operador sobre dudas en su trabajo, en caso de tener segundo turno, entrega estatus al jefe de grupo de segundo turno para asegurar el seguimiento. Y todas aquellas actividades que se requieran para desarrollar la función.
Educación y Experiencia requerida
- Secundaria y/o Preparatoria terminada.
Competencias Requeridas
- Liderazgo.
- Conocimiento básico en procedimientos ISO.
- Conocimiento básico de metodologías de manufactura esbelta, 5S’s.
- Conocimiento básico en técnicas de solución de problemas.
- Conocimiento básico de SAP (módulo de producción)
- Manejo de conflictos.
- Comunicación.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Guía de conducta ética.
- Jugador de equipo, Comunicativo, Organizado, Proactivo, Mediador, Organizado, Disponibilidad.
