Business Development Manager

1. Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating and executing sales plans, visiting customers and developing new customers to complete the established sales targets.
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of marketing policies.
• Responsible for the management and training of dealers.
• Complete the various indicators issued by the company, implement the company's various policies and marketing plans.
• Responsible for the collection and feedback of competitor information.
• Assist in the expansion of distribution channels and standardize distribution outlets; responsible for regional investment promotion and market development of various channels, search for potential customers, customer maintenance and sales management; assist dealers in formulating sales plans, and assist and supervise implementation.
• Responsible for the establishment and organization of customer files.
• Responsible for the formulation and decomposition of regional customer tasks; customer tracking, demand understanding, plan writing, business negotiation, and contract signing in engineering and retail channels.
• Cooperate with various departments within the company to coordinate and improve services.

2. Qualifications

• College degree or above.
• More than 5 years of working experience, with dealer management and channel management experience, and relevant work experience in CCTV, Renewable energy ,family with PV , PCS, BESS, residential or C&I energy storage etc.
• Have good interpersonal communication skills, customer service awareness, teamwork skills, coordination skills, and the ability to find and solve problems; be able to adapt to business trips.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Diligent and hardworking.
