Requisitos:Requisitos
Obligatorios:
- Certificaciones Obligatorias:
- Administrador de Sistema Certificado de ServiceNow (CSA)
- Desarrollador de Aplicaciones Certificado de ServiceNow (CAD)
- Experiencia:
- Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo ServiceNow (se pueden considerar perfiles desde 2 años en ITOM/Event Management como alternativa para impulsar la entrevista).
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia práctica implementando ServiceNow ITOM Event Management en entornos empresariales de producción.
- Experiencia en despliegues de Event Management desde el diseño hasta la puesta en marcha ( go-live ) y soporte postproducción.
- Habilidades Técnicas:
- ITOM Event Management y Gestión de Alertas.
- Desarrollo con JavaScript dentro de ServiceNow.
- Manejo de Flow Designer, IntegrationHub y Administración de Servidores MID.
- Integración con plataformas de monitoreo como Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch y Azure Monitor.
- Residencia y Ubicación: Residencia en Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara o Monterrey. Disponibilidad para acudir a oficinas en CDMX/EdoMex a firmar contrato y recoger equipo de cómputo.
Deseables:
- Experiencia o conocimientos en CMDB, Discovery y Service Mapping.
- Certificaciones adicionales en ITOM (ej. Especialista en Implementación Certificado de ServiceNow - Event Management / CIS-EM).
