We are currently seeking a Alliance Management Advisor - ServiceNow to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

Position Overview

The Associate Director, Servicenow Partner Sales is responsible for accelerating Servicenow -driven growth within an assigned set of NTT DATA North America Business Units. This role drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint account planning, seller-to-seller engagement, and hands‑on pursuit support with NTT DATA and Servicenow field sellers.

Serving as the Partner Sales lead for assigned Business Unit coverage, this role works directly with NTT DATA Client Executives, Sales Executives, Partner Sales Leads, and Servicenow field teams to identify account opportunities, create pipeline, support active pursuits, and improve co‑sell execution. The role is accountable for day‑to‑day partner sales execution and measurable growth outcomes within its assigned coverage area.

The focus of this role is driving revenue through partner sales execution within assigned Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

Joint Account Planning

• Develop and execute joint account plans with Servicenow and NTT DATA sellers for assigned Business Units to create and advance pipeline.
• Align Servicenow field resources with customer priorities, account plans, and active opportunities within assigned coverage.
• Build strong working relationships between Servicenow sellers and NTT DATA sellers supporting assigned Business Units.
• Facilitate seller introductions, account reviews, opportunity mapping, and pursuit planning.

Strategic Pursuit Support

• Support priority pursuits by coordinating Servicenow participation, seller alignment, and field engagement.
• Help secure partner sponsorship, funding, technical resources, and executive engagement when appropriate for specific opportunities.
• Help sales teams position Servicenow -enabled solutions within strategic opportunities.
• Improve pursuit outcomes through effective partner involvement, timely follow‑up, and disciplined co‑sell execution.

Business Performance

• Create partner-sourced pipeline within assigned Business Unit coverage.
• Increase partner‑influenced revenue and bookings tied to assigned accounts and pursuits.
• Increase co‑sell participation and strategic pursuit engagement within assigned Business Units.
• Deliver measurable pursuit and pipeline outcomes aligned to Business Unit and North America Partner Sales objectives.

Success Measures

• Partner‑sourced pipeline within assigned Business Unit coverage
• Partner‑influenced revenue and bookings for assigned accounts and pursuits
• Priority pursuit participation and execution support
• Co‑sell engagement levels within assigned Business Units
• Servicenow seller engagement
• NTT DATA seller engagement with Servicenow field teams
• Business Unit adoption of partner sales motions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partner sales, business development, alliances, or related growth‑focused roles.
• Deep understanding of Servicenow' s field organization, co‑sell motions, and partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record of creating pipeline, influencing pursuits, and working directly with field sellers to advance opportunities.
• Experience working effectively in complex, matrixed organizations with sales, partner, and delivery stakeholders.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑through skills with both internal sellers and partner field teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
