The Role

To guarantee product and process quality in line with Stark Future’s world-class standards. The role ensures zero-defect mentality across operations by implementing robust quality systems, monitoring product compliance, and engaging in proactive problem prevention.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all in-line and end-of-line quality assurance activities.

• Implement Stark Future’s quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF systems.

• Develop control plans, inspection standards, and audit schedules.

• Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why).

• Coordinate operator training in quality-critical processes.

• Drive continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives.

• Maintain close collaboration with suppliers and engineering for defect elimination.

DAILY DUTIES

• Conduct line audits and verify compliance with work instructions.

• Review defect dashboards and take immediate containment actions.

• Approve product quality before shipping.

• Validate calibration and readiness of measurement equipment.

• Provide quality feedback to operators and production coordinators.

• Update management on daily defect and scrap levels.

What you will bring to Stark

• Strong technical knowledge in quality management systems (ISO9001, IATF 16949).

• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC).

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams for defect resolution.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in quality assurance in automotive, EV, or electronics manufacturing.

• 2+ years in a leadership or coordinator position.

• Experience with battery assembly quality control preferred.

NICE TO HAVE

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

• Experience with PPAP, APQP, and supplier quality management.

• Exposure to automation and end-of-line testing systems.
