The SeniorRecruiter isresponsibleforServiceExcellencethroughouttherecruitmentcycle.Theyactasabrandambassadorfortheirclientandpartnerswiththehiringmanagersinaconsultativecapacity.Theyarefocusedondeliveringtoptalentfortheirhiringmanagerswhileprovidingproactiveandtimelycommunicationonthestatusofthesearch.The SeniorRecruiter isexpectedtostayabreastofindustryandmarketspecificinformationortrendsthatcouldimpactthesearch.TheywillactasamentortoRecruitersaswellasotherteammembers.Theydemonstrateinnovationandoutsideoftheboxthinkingwiththeirsearchtechniques.

DutiesandResponsibilities
- Completeadetailedjobscopeconversationwiththehiringleadertodeterminepositionspecifications.
- Timelyreviewofapplicantswhohaveappliedviatheapplicanttrackingsystem.
- Buildanddeployeffectiverecruitmentmarketingcampaignsspecifictothejobopening.
- SourcecandidatesviaresumedatabasesandnetworkingsitesusingsophisticatedBooleansearchlanguage.
- Sourcecandidatesviasocialmediachannelsanddeepwebsourcingtechniques.
- Generatetargetedlistsofpassivecandidatesusingmembersubscriptionsandtechnologies.
- Solicitandpursuereferralsfrombusinessnetworksand/orinternalreferrals.
- Utilizeproprietarysoftwareformobileandemailcampaigningtotalentcommunities.
- Useasophisticatedmixofmediatoconnectwithtalentcommunity(phone,email,campaigning,networkintroductionsandsocialmedia).
- Providevaluepropositionsuniquelytailoredtoeachcandidatesituationandinterestlevelinthejob.
- Preparecandidatesforinterviews;providinglogisticalinformation,interviewschedule,appropriateattireandexpectationsforfollowupfromtherecruiter;additionalcounselasneeded.
- Ensureallcandidatesareprovidedwithtimelyupdatesconcerningthestatusoftheirapplicationsandinterviews.
- Throughouttheprocess,keepsastrongpulseontheinterestlevelsand/orconcernsoftopcandidates.
- Conductprofessionalandthoughtfulphoneinterviewsthatareinfusedwithindustry/rolespecificprobingquestionsastheconversation/interviewdictates.
- Navigatedifficultconversationsinordertogatherappropriateinformation.
- Comparecandidatephoneinterviewnotesandskillsassessmentswithrequisitionspecificationstodetermineifthecandidateisamatchfortherole.
- Applyconsiderationforfactorsrelativetocandidatefittoteamandculturalfit.
- Issueskillstestingasneededandevaluateresults(ifprocessdictates).
- Reviewbackgroundandreferenceinformation(ifprocessdictates).
- Keepcandidatesengagedthroughoutprocess.
- Continuouslybuildtalentpipelinetoensuretherearemultiplecandidatesinplayatalltimes.
- Keephiringmanageruptodateonanymarketchangesthatwouldimpactthehiringprocessortalentcommunity.
- Articulateajobofferanddrivesforcandidateacceptance.
- Partnerwiththehiringmanagertoensuretheofferisacceptedbythecandidate.
- Strictadherencetoallregulations(OFCCPandallothercompliancestandardssetforth).
- Demonstratesegment/practice/industryexpertise.
- Worktodeliverastrongcandidateslateforeachrequisition.
- Provideaccurateandregularreportingofrecruitingactivities.
- Identifyperceiveddifficultieswithsearchesandresearchsolutionsbycollaboratingwithleadership(andhiringmanagerasappropriate).
- Proactivelyandregularlycommunicatesthestatusofeachsearchtothehiringmanager.
- Otherdutiesasassigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinbusiness,management,humanresourcesorrelatedfieldrequired.Equivalentexperiencemaybeconsidered.
- Minimumoffiveormoreyear'sresults-orientedrecruitingexperienceworkinginanin-house,RPOoragencysetting.
- Abilitytoshowcasenichesegmentorindustryexpertise.
- Abilitytoemploytechnologiesintherecruitingprocessthatcreateefficiencies.
- Adheretodocumentationandprocessesforcompliance.
- Experienceutilizingdeepwebsourcingtechniques.
