Associate Manager Quality
Mattel
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Control de Calidad, proveer y administrando los recursos necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos aplicables a los procesos y productos basados en las políticas y procedimientos corporativos de calidad.
Herramientas de calidad
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis): Identificación y evaluación de riesgos potenciales en procesos y productos.
- Control Plan: Definición y seguimiento de planes de control para asegurar la estabilidad del proceso.
- APPQ (Advanced Product Quality Planning): Planificación avanzada de la calidad en nuevos productos.
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis): Evaluación de la confiabilidad y precisión de los sistemas de medición.
- 8Ds / A3: Metodologías estructuradas para la solución de problemas y acciones correctivas.
- ISO 9001: Implementación y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los requisitos del sistema de gestión de calidad.
