Sales Associate

Position Description

We are looking for someone who does more than assist clients, they accompany them on a personal olfactory journey. Someone capable of communicating the stories and sensations behind each fragrance while listening attentively and guiding toward a unique and personalized experience.

This role requires presence, sensitivity, curiosity and genuine passion for perfumery. Knowledge of scent composition, olfactory families, and perfume culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Fueguia's brand values.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and meaningful storytelling.
• Guide clients through the collection, creating memorable and tailored fragrance journeys.
• Ensure the gallery’s visual presentation consistently meets brand standards.
• Support daily boutique operations, including sales transactions and inventory-related tasks.

Profile

• Experience in client service, hospitality, art, fashion, literature or wellness, ideally in luxury retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• A passion for culture, fragrance, and craftsmanship is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred but not required

• Experience in personalized client attention, hospitality, art, fashion, literature, or wellness.
• Cultural curiosity (art, music, nature, fashion, design, literature).

Contract

• Part-time (24 hours) - 3 days/week
• Gross salary plus commissions.
• Employment in accordance with Mexican labor law, including all statutory benefits .
