What will you do?

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our market growth. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and revenue streams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop business relationships with prospective partners, IBs, affiliates

• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for growth in the market

• Using existing relationships with partners to generate new business

• Representing the company during business trips to raise brand awareness and network with partners

• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets and contributing to the overall performance goals of the company

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the FX industry is a must
• Native Spanish or Portuguese is a must
• Your own portfolio will be considered an advantage
• Banking, PSP experience will be considered as an advantage
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deep understanding of the financial market, knowledge of trading platforms and technical aspects of Forex and CFD trading is a plus
• Your own portfolio will be considered an advantage
