Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Junior Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales with key B2C accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives tailored to B2C accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
• Monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to B2C accounts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the B2C landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2C sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written - enabling persuasive presentations and negotiations.
• Excellent organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using CRM software tools used throughout the organization.
