IT Support Specialist

What will your functions be?

• Atención técnica al cliente interno (telefónica, email, Teams)
• Seguimiento, canalización y resolución de incidencias en el portal de soporte (Jira)
• Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proponer mejoras en las herramientas corporativas y en los procedimientos establecidos
• Preparar documentación técnica sobre procedimientos IT y elaborar recursos formativos
• Impartir acciones formativas a clientes internos en función de las necesidades existentes

What are we looking for?

• Poseer formación profesional técnica IT
• Contar con al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en atención al cliente (servicios de soporte, call centers, etc.)
• Nivel alto de inglés y/o francés (se dará soporte a usuarios a nivel internacional)
• Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing como Jira o Servicedesk
• Capacidad de orientación al cliente, trabajo en resolución de incidencias
• Inquietud por nuevas tecnologías
• Ser una persona con capacidad resolutiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades comunicativas
