Your Role

As a  Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant , you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing personalized customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud . This is a B2-level opportunity for professionals who combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of digital marketing operations and customer journeys.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, business analysts, project managers, and technology experts to deliver scalable omnichannel communication strategies. From campaign implementation and journey orchestration to testing, deployment, and post-production support, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact customer experiences through email, SMS, push notifications, and digital touchpoints.

Working in a dynamic Agile environment, you will help transform customer communication strategies into innovative, data-driven solutions while contributing to multi-platform initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

What you can expect in this role

• Design, develop, and implement customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder.
• Build and deploy personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Develop dynamic email templates and reusable content blocks leveraging customer, vehicle, and service-related data.
• Create and maintain landing pages supporting acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Execute campaign testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure optimal customer experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and dashboard development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmaps for marketing technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and Information Systems organizations from discovery through post-go-live support

Experience

Your Profile

• Strong experience implementing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise campaign management platforms.
• Expertise developing personalized customer communications using HTML, CSS, dynamic content, and scripting technologies.
• Ability to transform business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and attention to detail when designing and testing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and global environments.

• Knowledge of Automotive industry processes and customer engagement models.
• Experience with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, or similar.
• IP reputation management and email deliverability monitoring.
• ISP relationship management and remediation of blacklist or email blocking issues.
• Advanced technical degree.
